It's the simple joys in life that get me by.
That phone call from a happy mother in Rome.

A glass of wine around a candle lit table with homemade chips and salsa surrounded by my roomies.
Waffle parties.
Singing and Mario party at 2 in the morning.
Movie nights and popcorn.
Trips to Barnes and Noble.
Dollar store extravaganzas for fake flowers to put around the house and valentines day gifts.
Laughter from anywhere and everywhere.
Learning.
Printing photos in the darkroom with someone else who is so excited for the results they jump around.
Lazy weekends even when you know you should be getting other things done.
Sunshine and on occasion rain as long as you don't have to go out in it much.
Hugs from anyone but especially from boyfriends who will hold you as long as you want to be held.
